Ah, Springtime. That glorious time of year filled with flowers, allergies, vacations, more allergies, and possibly chocolate in massive quantities.
Whether or not you celebrate Easter, hopefully you had an egg-cellent weekend. (Sorry, couldn't stop myself).
What We've Been Up To
Things have been a bit quiet on the blog for the past few days for some Springtime R&R, as well as working on our own projects. A sneak peek at some of the stuff I've been working pictured above.
Wild Leaf Kitchen
Unfortunately I've had some health issues which have dominated the last few months of my life, and which has inspired me to make some big changes to the things I am working on. One of the biggest projects I've undertaken lately is launching a new site. Don't worry, we will continue to bring you lots of great content at In Two the Blue, including great things to eat and drink.
Wild Leaf Kitchen will be home to all those nutrition and gentle to digest or non-allergenic foods I've been eating lately. I'll be sure to share more when the site is ready to launch, but for now you can follow along on via @wildleafkitchen on Instagram, or on Facebook.
What We're Up to Next
So far this year has been lean (as in non-existent) in the travel department so far, aside from a weekend in sunny North Berwick last month, but we've got some jaunting in the cards coming up soon when we head down to the Scottish Borders and to Lindisfarne in Northern England.
I've got more travel related content coming at you with guides and stories from travel during our blog hiatus. I was slammed with work for my masters degree, but we did take some great trips on the breaks, so more on that later.
And finally, we have some great posts lined up with helpful lifestyle tips, like more in the Clean Enough to Eat series, and a bit about what I learned taking a month off from social media earlier this year. So stay tuned, and Happy Spring!
P.S. I'm craving my tried and true Lemon Poppyseed Muffins. With or without the berries!
